Double Time Farms LLC, formed in 2025, is a veteran-owned sustainable energy and agriculture initiative located in Pearsall, Texas. Our mission is to blend renewable energy, regenerative livestock practices, and off-grid technologies to create a model for self-reliant living in South Texas.
Launching in Fall 2025, our grid-tied solar array will grow to a capacity of 3MW, setting the standard for small-scale rural solar power.
We maintain a small herd of sheep, miniature Highland cows, and donkeys to naturally manage our pastures and promote biodiversity.
From rainwater harvesting to energy independence, our farm offers a blueprint for living sustainably and self-sufficiently.
